This multi-family modernization project for the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is primarily focused around turf reduction.  The existing homes were built in 1971 and needed upgrading to current codes and regulations.  Our plans included complete renovation to provide compliance with current building codes and ADA accessibility regulations.  The landscape design included evaluation and preservation of large existing pine trees.  The turf area was dramatically reduced and all new drought tolerant shrubs were added.

Efficient irrigation has been installed throughout to preserve water. New plant material was selected so that there are different colors in bloom each part of the year. Our scope of work included planting and irrigation plans, specifications, details and construction administration services.
