Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican opened four new neighborhood hospitals in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. These neighborhood hospitals are intended to increase access to quality emergency care in under-served urban areas. The opening of the new neighborhood hospitals provides convenient locations that feature state-of-the-art emergency department, inpatient beds, advanced imaging center and ambulatory service center.  The new neighborhood hospitals are Blue Diamond Campus, North Las Vegas Campus, Sahara Campus, and West Flamingo Campus.

The landscape for each campus features drought tolerant and desert adapted plant material in natural groupings.  The plant material was selected to deliver year-round color and various textures that give interest and variety in the landscape. The decorative rock used in the landscape was selected to match the stone veneer on the buildings. The irrigation was designed to provide the needed water to the plant material without excessive waste.
