A drought tolerant plant palette was extended from the project's phase 1 design to create a seamless landscape that welcomed both staff and visitors to the Credit One campus. Microclimates around the building were used to create lush pockets of evergreen vegetation while more hardy desert species were used in southern and western exposures. Trees, decorative paving, and benches were used to enhance entryways and break areas. Drip irrigation was used throughout to create a sustainable landscape that can be maintained for years to come.
